The AI Agency Blueprint

61 AI Specialists.

Most people run one generic AI prompt and wonder why output is mediocre.
This blueprint shows you how to deploy a full team of specialists — each with a unique workflow, personality, and deliverable — using Claude Code.

01 — The Problem

One AI Doing Everything
Is the Problem

Generic AI prompts produce generic output. That's not a model limitation — it's a context limitation. The model has no specialisation, no workflow, and no defined standard for what "done" looks like.

A frontend developer and a growth hacker think completely differently. They ask different questions, use different frameworks, and produce different deliverables. Collapsing both into one "assistant" costs you output quality at every step.

Without Specialists
One generic prompt. Average output. No defined deliverable. No quality standard.
With Agency Agents
61 specialists. Each has a personality, a workflow, and real code examples as deliverables.
The Gap
One specialist with a proven process produces better output than ten generic prompts combined.
02 — The Roster

61 Agents Across

04 — Activation

How to Activate
Each Specialist

You don't need any special syntax. Just reference the agent by name at the start of your prompt. Claude Code does the rest.

Task Agent to Activate Example Prompt
Build a UI component Frontend Developer Use the Frontend Developer agent to build a pricing table in React
Write a Reddit post Reddit Community Builder Use the Reddit Community Builder agent to write a value post for r/startups
Check before shipping Reality Checker Use the Reality Checker agent — is this ready for production?
Design an API Backend Architect Use the Backend Architect agent to design this REST API
Multi-step project Agents Orchestrator Use the Agents Orchestrator to coordinate Frontend + Testing on this feature
Growth experiment Growth Hacker Use the Growth Hacker agent to plan a viral loop for my SaaS onboarding
05 — Power Combos

Best Agent Combinations
for Common Scenarios

The real power comes from running multiple specialists on one project. Here are the combinations that work best.

Shipping an MVP

  • Reality Checker — production sign-off
Outcome → Ship faster with quality gates
Marketing Campaign
  • Content Creator — copy and content
  • Twitter Engager — Twitter strategy
  • Reddit Community Builder — community play
  • Analytics Reporter — track and optimise
Outcome → Multi-channel with platform expertise
Enterprise Feature
  • Senior Project Manager — scope and tasks
  • Senior Developer — complex implementation
  • UI Designer — design system
  • Evidence Collector — visual QA proof
Outcome → Enterprise-grade with documentation
Security Review
  • Security Engineer — threat modelling
  • Accessibility Auditor — WCAG compliance
  • Performance Benchmarker — load testing
  • Reality Checker — final certification
Outcome → Production-ready with audit trail
06 — Prompt Patterns

Exact Prompts That
Work Every Time

Copy these directly into Claude Code. Each one activates the right specialist with the right context.

Use the Growth Hacker agent. I need a viral loop for my SaaS onboarding. Current conversion is 12%. Target is 25%.
Growth
Use the Frontend Developer agent. Build a React dashboard component with real-time data updates and mobile responsiveness.
Engineering
Use the Reddit Community Builder agent. Write a value-first post for r/entrepreneur about [topic]. No direct promotion.
Marketing
Use the Reality Checker agent. Certify this feature is production ready. Provide visual proof and flag every risk.
Testing
Use the Agents Orchestrator. Run Backend Architect + Security Engineer + Reality Checker on this API design.
Multi-Agent
Use the Security Engineer agent. Do a full threat model and secure code review on this authentication module.

07 — Common Mistakes

What Not to Do
With These Agents

Using the wrong agent for the task type
Match the agent to the deliverable. Use the Backend Architect for API design — not the Rapid Prototyper.
Vague prompts with no context or goal
Give the agent the same brief you'd give a human specialist. Include constraints, success metrics, and examples.
Skipping the Reality Checker before shipping
Always run the Reality Checker as a final gate. It requires evidence — not assumptions.
Running one agent when the task needs a team
Complex projects need multiple specialists. Use the Agents Orchestrator to coordinate them cleanly.
